You'll watch a Consult Prep Video— your Crash Course in Alternative Hair. This will help you fill out the Client Intake Form and make your preliminary 5 Key Decisions for your hair piece.
During Consult
We'll have 45 minutes to discuss your specific needs and wants and go over any questions you have. I'll show you the pieces I believe will be your best fit and together we'll pick your favorites to choose from when you're ready to order.
After Consult
I will email you a Consult Packet that will include links to your recommended pieces, supplies and product recommendations, helpful videos and other resources, and the exclusive opportunity to book a follow up consult if you choose to.

If you want to try a free consult from a wig or topper company, that's fantastic. But know that they are limited by what specific kinds of pieces they carry. Nobody has it all. NOBODY.
In fact, I worked for over 3 years to create my own line of wigs and toppers. I ended up having to walk away because I knew I could never offer everything I wanted to. Logistically it wasn't possible.
I chose a better approach to helping people—recommending from all the existing companies who already carry the variety people need.
The hard part is knowing what to look for and where to find it. That's where I step in.

What is your cancellation policy?
Client must cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of original appointment time in order to receive a full refund or opportunity to reschedule. In the event of an emergency, shoot me an email: [email protected].

Do you order my hair piece for me?
Nope—you will. I'll send you links to the pieces we discussed but then it's on you to order.

How much does a topper or wig cost?
There is a huge range of prices for hair pieces. The pieces I recommend will fall anywhere within the $200 to $3000 range. When you fill out the Client Intake Form you'll be able to choose your budget and I'll do my best to stay within that range.

Shouldn't I try going to someone in person?
If you're able to find a place that offers wigs and toppers in person, I totally recommend you check it out. Just keep in mind, most salons and stores are going to recommend something they carry, not necessarily what's best for you. Many people make an impulse purchase just because it's in front of them. On top of that, you'll likely pay more for your piece if purchased through a salon or brick and mortar shop vs. online.

What about support after the consult?
You'll receive a Consult Packet with tons of helpful resources for when your piece arrives. Additionally, I always welcome questions via email if you need. If you need more personalized help it's best to schedule a follow up consult.

What if I don't have a stylist?
You'll receive a list of recommended stylists around the world who have worked on wigs and toppers before. Some of them will even do mail in orders in the event you can't find anyone near you.

Can I invite someone to my consult?
If you would like to invite a support person like a friend, family member, spouse, or hairstylist to join you—that is totally with me!

What if I don't end up liking the piece you recommend?
I am incredibly confident in my recommendations. I have extensive experience with working with and designing hair pieces for diverse needs. But it's impossible for me to guarantee you'll be completely happy with your purchase. My best advice is to trust me that what I'm recommending is your best option and be willing to work with it until you're happy.
