Hair Topper School Hub Membership - Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: September 16, 2025

THE AGREEMENT:

This Membership Agreement ("Agreement") is made by and between Lacie Rodriguez, LLC, organized under the laws of Utah ("Company"), and you ("Member"). By enrolling in the Membership, you agree to be bound by the terms below.

Article 1 - DEFINITIONS:

  • Company / Provider / We / Us: Lacie Rodriguez, LLC, including employees and affiliates.

  • Member / You / Your: The purchaser and participant in the Membership.

  • Membership: Hair Topper School Hub Membership (HTSH), which includes access to content, resources, community, and support services provided on an ongoing basis.

Article 2 - ASSENT & ACCEPTANCE:

By purchasing and participating in the Membership, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Agreement. If you do not agree, you must not enroll. Enrolling constitutes acceptance of these terms.

Article 3 - LICENSE TO USE MATERIALS:

The Company grants you a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to access Membership content for personal use only. You may not reproduce, share, or distribute any content without written permission.

Article 4 - MEMBERSHIP TERMS:

  • The Membership is ongoing, with content delivered monthly.

  • Membership materials and community access are for paying members only.

  • Sharing login details or content will result in termination of access without refund.

  • We do not guarantee specific outcomes from your participation. You are solely responsible for your results and decisions.

Article 5 - PAYMENT & FEES:

  • Monthly Option: Billed automatically each month until canceled.

  • Annual Option: Billed as a single annual payment.

  • You authorize recurring charges to your chosen payment method until canceled.

  • Failure to make payments may result in suspension or termination of access.

Article 6 - REFUND POLICY:

  • All payments are non-refundable.

  • Monthly members may cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid billing cycle.

  • Annual memberships are non-refundable but may be canceled to prevent renewal.

Article 7 - MEMBER OBLIGATIONS:

  • Provide accurate registration and payment information.

  • Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.

  • Use Membership resources for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

Article 8 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY:

All Membership content, including videos, PDFs, templates, and community resources, are the property of the Company. Unauthorized use or distribution is prohibited.

Article 9 - COMMUNITY CONDUCT:

Members agree to:

  • Treat others with respect.

  • Refrain from harassment, hate speech, or discriminatory behavior.

  • Avoid spamming, solicitation, or self-promotion unless explicitly allowed.
     Violation of these standards may result in removal without refund.

Article 10 - ACCEPTABLE USE:

You agree not to use the Membership or platform for any unlawful purpose. This includes:

  • Harassment, abuse, or threats toward others.

  • Violating intellectual property rights.

  • Uploading viruses or malicious software.

  • Fraud, pyramid schemes, or unlawful promotions.

  • Publishing obscene, defamatory, or discriminatory content.

  • Collecting data from other members without consent.

Article 11 - DISCLAIMERS & NO LIABILITY:

  • Membership content is for educational and informational purposes only.

  • The Company makes no guarantees about results or outcomes.

  • You accept full responsibility for your participation, actions, and decisions.

  • We are not liable for any damages, losses, or claims resulting from your use of the Membership.

Article 12 - SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS:

Access may be interrupted due to maintenance, updates, or unforeseen issues. We are not liable for any losses caused by downtime or interruptions.

Article 13 - REVERSE ENGINEERING & SECURITY:

You may not attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or bypass security features of the Membership platform.

Article 14 - INDEMNIFICATION:

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses (including attorneyā€™s fees) arising from your participation, actions, or violations of this Agreement.

Article 15 - MODIFICATIONS TO AGREEMENT:

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will take effect immediately upon posting. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of revised terms.

Article 16 - TERM & TERMINATION:

  • We may suspend or terminate your Membership at any time if you violate these terms.

  • You may cancel your Membership at any time; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

  • Termination does not entitle you to a refund.

Article 17 - FORCE MAJEURE:

We are not liable for delays or failures to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, internet outages, governmental actions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Article 18 - GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION:

This Agreement shall be governed by Utah law. Any disputes will be handled in Sanpete County, Utah, through binding arbitration after good faith negotiation. Intellectual property claims may be litigated separately.

Article 19 - MISCELLANEOUS:

  • No waiver of rights by either party shall be deemed a continuing waiver.

  • If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining terms remain in effect.

  • This Agreement is the entire agreement between the Parties.

  • Electronic communications (email, online notifications) are permitted for official communication.

  • Assignment: You may not transfer your Membership or rights; Company may assign its rights if the business is sold or transferred.
