Consult Terms and Conditions

1. Consultation Services: The advice and recommendations provided during the consultation are based on the consultant’s professional expertise and experience in alternative hair solutions. The client retains full responsibility for making final decisions regarding the purchase, application, or use of any recommended hair enhancement products or services.
   
2. Limitation of Liability: The consultant is not liable for any dissatisfaction, adverse reactions, or outcomes arising from products or services obtained from third-party providers based on recommendations given during the consultation. The client assumes all risks related to these transactions.
   
3. Intellectual Property: All materials, guides, and resources shared by the consultant are for the client’s personal use only and are protected by intellectual property laws. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use of these materials is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from the consultant.
   
4. Privacy and Confidentiality: All personal information disclosed during consultations will be treated with the utmost confidentiality. This information will be used solely for providing personalized consulting services and will not be shared without the client's explicit consent, except where required by law.
   
5. Third-Party Services: The consultant is not liable for the conduct, actions, quality of services, or products provided by third-party hairdressers, stylists, or companies referenced during the consultation. The consultant is expressly excluded from any liability for damage to hairpieces, dissatisfaction, or other issues arising from third-party interactions.
   
6. No Guarantee of Specific Results: Results and experiences with hair enhancement solutions may vary based on individual circumstances. No guarantees of specific outcomes are made or implied.
7. Client Responsibility for Implementation: The client is solely responsible for implementing advice provided during the consultation, including but not limited to product applications, modifications, or styling techniques.
8. Consultation Scope Limitation: The consultant’s role is limited to advising on hair enhancement options and related care based on their expertise. Any issues beyond this scope, such as health or medical concerns, are beyond the consultant’s remit.
9. Payment and Cancellation Policies: Consultation fees are due upon booking. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment are non-refundable. However, it is recognized that unforeseen circumstances, such as illness or emergencies, may arise. In such situations, clients are encouraged to reach out as soon as possible to explore potential solutions, such as rescheduling the session when feasible.
10. Intake Form Requirement: All clients must complete and submit the required intake form prior to their scheduled appointment time. Failure to submit the intake form before the appointment will result in the need to reschedule the session. Rescheduling will be at the client’s expense, and any applicable fees or policies regarding cancellations and rescheduling will apply.
11. Dispute Resolution: In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to attempt resolution through mediation before seeking other legal remedies.
12. Waiver for Use of Products and Tools: The consultant is not responsible for the misuse of products or tools recommended during consultations, nor for adverse effects from their application.
13. Explicit Consent and Acknowledgment: By participating in the consultation, the client acknowledges and agrees to the terms and conditions outlined herein.
