Coaching Call Terms and Conditions

These terms exist to protect both of us and ensure a smooth coaching experience. By booking a coaching call, you agree to the following:

1. Coaching Services:
   The guidance and recommendations provided during the coaching call are based on the coach’s professional expertise and experience in business strategy, content creation, and related areas. The client retains full responsibility for making final decisions regarding the implementation of strategies, ideas, or actions discussed during the session.
2. Limitation of Liability:
   The coach is not liable for any dissatisfaction, financial loss, or adverse outcomes arising from actions taken by the client based on recommendations given during the coaching call. The client assumes all risks related to these business decisions and outcomes.
3. Intellectual Property:
   All materials, strategies, and resources shared by the coach are for the client’s personal use only and are protected by intellectual property laws. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use of these materials is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from the coach. The client may not present, teach, or resell the coach’s proprietary methods or strategies as their own without written consent.
4. Privacy and Confidentiality:
   All personal and business information disclosed during coaching calls will be treated with the utmost confidentiality. This information will be used solely for providing personalized coaching services and will not be shared without the client’s explicit consent, except where required by law.
5. Recording Consent:
   All coaching calls are recorded for the coach’s internal use only. By booking a coaching call, the client consents to the session being recorded. Recordings will not be shared with the client or with any third party. The coach may privately review recordings for future training, course development, or professional reference, but clients will not receive a copy of the recording. If excerpts are ever used in future training or courses, no personally identifying information will be shared.
6. Third-Party Services and Resources:
   The coach is not liable for the conduct, actions, quality of services, or products provided by third-party businesses, consultants, or platforms referenced during the call. The coach is expressly excluded from any liability for dissatisfaction, financial loss, or other issues arising from third-party interactions.
7. No Guarantee of Specific Results:
   Results and experiences with business strategies may vary based on individual circumstances. No guarantees of specific financial, business, or personal outcomes are made or implied.
8. Client Responsibility for Implementation:
   The client is solely responsible for implementing any advice provided during the coaching call, including but not limited to business strategies, content creation, or marketing efforts.
9. Coaching Scope Limitation:
   The coach’s role is limited to providing guidance and educational support based on professional expertise. Legal, financial, tax, or medical advice is beyond the coach’s remit. Clients are encouraged to consult appropriate licensed professionals for these matters.
10. Payment, Refunds, and Cancellation Policies:
    All coaching call purchases are final and non-refundable. Coaching call fees are due upon booking. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment are forfeited. However, it is recognized that unforeseen circumstances may arise. In such situations, clients are encouraged to reach out as soon as possible to explore potential solutions, such as rescheduling the session when feasible. Coaching calls must be scheduled and completed within 90 days of purchase, or they expire.
11. Dispute Resolution:
    In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to attempt resolution through mediation before seeking other legal remedies.
12. Explicit Consent and Acknowledgment:
    By participating in the coaching call, the client acknowledges and agrees to the terms and conditions outlined herein.
13. Disclaimer:
    The information and guidance offered during coaching calls are for educational and informational purposes only and do not constitute legal, financial, or medical advice. The coach assumes no liability for the choices, actions, or outcomes experienced by clients based on the information and recommendations shared during the coaching process.
14. Affiliate Disclosure:
    From time to time, the coach may recommend third-party products, services, or software programs that may be useful for the client’s business. Some of these recommendations may include affiliate links, which means the coach could earn a commission if the client chooses to sign up or purchase through the link. These recommendations are based on the coach’s personal experience and belief in the value of the product or service, and the client is under no obligation to purchase through the affiliate link.
